莫西沙星与头孢曲松联合阿奇霉素治疗社区获得性肺炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:评价莫西沙星注射液与头孢曲松联合阿奇霉素治疗社区获得性肺炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法:收集80例社区获得性肺炎患者,随机分为2组进行随机对照试验。试验组(40例)给予莫西沙星注射液0.4 g,qd,静脉滴注;对照组(40例)给予头孢曲松3.0 g和阿奇霉素0.5 g,qd,静脉滴注。疗程均为7～10 d。结果:治疗结束后,2组在临床疗效、细菌清除率、不良反应方面比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:莫西沙星治疗社区获得性肺炎疗效确切,安全性与头孢曲松联合阿奇霉素相似。OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of moxifloxacin versus ceftriaxone combined with azithromycin in the treatment of community acquired pneumonia.METHODS：60 patients with community acquired pneumonia were enrolled in randomized controlled study and randomly divided into 2 groups.Trial group were given moxifloxacin 0.4g once a day（i.v..） Control group were given ceftriaxone 3.0 g and azithromycin 0.5 g once a day（i.v..） The total duration of therapy was 7～10 days in both groups.RESULTS：After treatment,There was no statistical differences between 2 groups in respect of therapeutic effect,bacterium clearance rate and safety（P0.05.） CONCLUSION：Moxifloxacin is effective and safe as ceftriaxone combined with azithromycin in the treatment of community acquired pneumonia.
