氧氟沙星栓联合阿奇霉素治疗宫颈支原体感染的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察氧氟沙星栓联合阿奇霉素治疗宫颈支原体感染的疗效。方法:采用完全随机的对照试验方法,将妇科门诊宫颈分泌物进行支原体培养为阳性的患者随机分成2组,观察组给予氧氟沙星栓联合阿奇霉素治疗,对照组单用阿奇霉素治疗。2组均于治疗的第12天进行宫颈拭子支原体培养,阳性者间隔2周再次复查,根据培养结果,结合症状、体征判断疗效。结果:观察组和对照组的支原体培养转阴率及症状和体征消失率差异均有显著性(P<0.05);临床有效率分别为91.9%和50.0%,二者比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:氧氟沙星栓联合阿奇霉素治疗宫颈支原体感染较单用阿奇霉素疗效好。OBJECTIVE：To observe clinical efficacy of ofloxacin suppository combined with azithromycin in the treatment of cervical mycoplasma infection.METHODS：In randomized controlled trials,outpatients as to positive myoplasm culture were randomly divided into 2 groups.Observation group were administered with ofloxacin suppository combined with azithromycin,and control group were administered with azithromycin alone.Samples from cervical swab were prepared for mycoplasma culture on the 12th day of treatment.Patients who were mycoplasma positive were examined again 2 weeks later.The clinical efficacies were evaluated according to the results of mycoplasma culture,symptoms and physical signs.RESULTS：There were significant differences in negative conservation rate of mycoplasma culture,the disappearance of symptoms and physical signs between 2 groups（P 0.05.） The clinical effective rates were 91.9% for observation group and 50.0% for control group.There was significant difference between 2 groups（P0.01.）CONCLUSION：Ofloxacin suppository combined with azithromycin is effective for treatment of cervical mycoplasma infection.
