HPLC法同时测定黄连羊肝丸中黄芩苷和盐酸小檗碱的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立以高效液相色谱法同时测定黄连羊肝丸中黄芩苷和盐酸小檗碱含量的方法。方法:采用Chromatrex C182(2605 0n mmm,×柱4.6温m为m25,5℃μm,进)色样谱量柱为,20流μ动L相。为结甲果醇:-黄1%芩三苷乙和胺盐(酸加小入檗磷碱酸检调p测H浓值度至3分.0别,3在8∶166.20)～,8流0.0速μ为g1..0m Lm-L1.(rmi=n0-.199,9检9测)波、1.长1为～9.9μg.mL-1(r=0.999 9)范围内线性关系良好;平均加样回收率(n=9)分别为100.16%和100.86%,RSD分别为0.31%、1.86%。结论:该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于同时测定黄连羊肝丸中黄芩苷和盐酸小檗碱的含量。OBJECTIVE： To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of baicalin and berberine hydrochloride in Huanglian yanggan pills.METHODS： The chromatrex C18（200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） column with column temperature set at 25 ℃ was used.The mobile phase was consisted of methanol1% triethylamine（38 ∶ 62,pH adjusted to 3.0 using phosphoric acid）.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min1 and the detection wavelength were set at 265 nm.The column temperature was 25 ℃ and injection volume was 20 μL.RESULTS： The linear ranges of baicalin and berberine hydrochloride were 16.0～80.0 μg·mL1（r=0.999 9） and 1.1～9.9 μg·mL1（r=0.999 9） respectively.The average recoveries were 100.16% and 100.86%（n=9,RSD 0.31% and 1.86%）.CONCLUSION： The method is simple,accurate,reproducible and suitable for the content determination of baicalin and berberine hydrochloride in Huanglian yanggan pills.
