摘　　要：目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定夏天无薄膜衣片中原阿片碱含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Kromasil C18(250 mm×460mm,5μm),柱温为30℃,进样量为20μL,流动相为乙腈-三乙胺醋酸溶液(取三乙胺8 mL,冰醋酸30 mL,加水稀释至1 000 mL,1μ8g∶.8m2L)-1,流范速围为内1.,0进m样L.量mi与n-1峰,面检积测积波分长值为线28性9 n关m系,良理好论(r板=数0.按99原9 9阿)片;平碱均计回算收≥3率00为099。.3结9果%:,R原SD阿=片0.碱92的%质(n量=浓6)度。在结8.4论8:～该76方.3法2简单、准确、重复性好,可用于夏天无薄膜衣片质量控制。OBJECTIVE： To establish HPLC method for the content determination of protopine in Corydalis decumbens filmcoated tablets.METHODS： The determination was performed on Kromasil C18（250 mm×460 mm,5 μm） column with column temperature of 30 ℃.Injection volume was 20 μL.Mobile phase consisted of acetonitriletriethylamine acetate solution（triethylamine 8 mL,glacial acetic acid 30 mL,diluted by water to 1 000 mL）（18 ∶ 82） with flow rate of 1.0 mL·min1.Detection wavelength was set at 289 nm;Theoretical plate number of protopine should not be less than 3000.RESULTS： The linear range of protopine was 8.48～76.32 μg（r=0.999 9） with an average recovery rate of 99.39%（RSD=0.92%,n=6）.CONCLUSION： The method is simple,accurate,reproducible and suitable for the quality control of C.decumbens filmcoated tablets.
