摘  要:研究了水热法对医疗废物焚烧飞灰中二恶英的降解作用。水热反应在带有磁力搅拌器的密闭反应釜中进行,考查了固液比(飞灰与水质量之比,S/L)、反应温度、NaOH与飞灰质量比w(NaOH)/w(FA)对二恶英降解的影响。原始飞灰和经过水热反应后飞灰中的17种有毒的二恶英含量采用高分辨气相色谱质谱联用仪分析技术测定。研究结果表明固液比改变对二恶英的降解影响不大,而温度变化和添加碱性物时能带来很大的影响。在温度为250℃,固液比和w(NaOH)/w(FA)均为1:10时,二恶英的降解率达到99.46%,水热法降解医疗废物焚烧飞灰中的二恶英效果显著。Hydrothermal treatment technology was used to remove polychlorinated divenzo-p-dioxins and dibenzofurans(PCDD/Fs)from heavily contaminated medical waste incinerator fly ash(MWIFA).The experiments were carried out in an extraction vessel with magnetic stirring.The effects of experiment parameters including S/L ratio,reaction temperature,and NaOH/ash weight ratio on decomposition of PCDD/Fs were investigated.PCDD/Fs(only 17 toxic congeners) of original and hydrothermal treated fly ash(FA) were analyzed by high-resolution gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(HRGC-HRMS).The results indicated change of S/L ratio had little effect on degradation of PCDD/Fs,while concentrations of PCDD/Fs in FA decreased largely at relatively high temperature and with alkaline ingredients.Under condition of temperature 250 ℃,S/L ratio and NaOH/ash weight ratio 1:10,removal efficiency for PCDD/Fs reached 99.46%.These results revealed that hydrothermal treatment was a effective technology for PCDD/Fs decomposition in FA.
