摘  要:日本大螯蜚( Grandidierella jap onica)生长发育的适温范围为 20~26℃。不同发育期耐受温度范围不同,刚孵化幼体温度下限为11℃,上限为32℃,以后随着幼体发育,其对低温的适应力逐渐增强。雄性个体对极限温度的忍耐力低于雌性。在耐受温度范围内,幼体的生长发育随着温度的提高而加快。研究结果表明,日本大螯蜚实验室培养温度宜选择在20~26℃,用其进行的沉积物急性和慢性毒性生物检验的实验温度均宜选择在 20℃。The experiments on effects of temperature on survival, growth and development of marine amphipod Grandidierella japonica were conducted for 31 days using immature amphipods (approximately 10 days old) under a set of constant temperatures. The results show that the optimum temperature for G. japonica was 20~26℃. The tolerant temperature range dropped as the larvae grew. The low tolerant temperature was 11℃ for the larvae hatching within 3 weeks and the bigger ones became more tolerant to lower temperature (<11℃). The high tolerant temperature was 32℃ for the 3 week larvae and it dropped at 29℃ for the bigger ones.Female amphipods were more tolerant both to lower and higher temperature than the male. The growing rate of the larvae increased steadily with the temperature rise within the tolerant temperature range. The results suggested that 20~26℃ were optimum for G. japonica cultured in the laboratory and 20℃ was optimum for experiment testing the short and long term sediment toxicity using the amphipod G. japonica.
