广州市郊蔬菜根际真菌物种多样性  

The Species Diversity of Mycoflora in the Rhizosphere of Vegetable, Brassica chinensis , in Suburbs of Guangzhou

摘　　要：对广州市郊种植的小白菜（Ｂｒａｓｉｃａｃｈｉｎｅｎｓｉｓ）根际真菌进行了分离鉴定．从不同地点采集的４８个土样中，分离鉴定出７７种（包括１９株未定名种），共２９属，其中鞭毛菌１属１种，接合菌５属６种，子囊菌５属７种，半知菌１８属６３种．The present paper reports the known microfungi isolated from Brassica chinensis rhizosphere soil in suburbs of Guangzhou. Seventy seven species in 31 genera were identified from 48 rhizosphere soil samples, of which 1 was mastigomycotina, 6 were zygomycotina, 7 were ascomycotina and 63 were fungi imperfecti. The results demonstrate the species diversity of rhizosphere mycoflora in subtropical arable soil.
