摘　　要：奶牛热应激是奶牛对不利于生理活动的高温环境产生的一种非特异性应答反应,其影响奶牛的生产性能和生理功能。本文综述了热应激对奶牛的影响及其调控措施。Heat stress is a nonspecific response of the dairy cows to the heat environment,which can adversely affect the performance and physiological functions of the dairy cow.This paper summarized the effects of heat stress on dairy cow and its control methods.
