摘　　要：论述了高校图书馆学生管理员管理研究的意义,并以东北林业大学图书馆为例,分析了当前高校学生参与图书馆管理工作中存在的若干问题,提出了科学管理学生管理员参与图书馆工作以及建立行之有效的管理机制的建议。This paper discusses the significance of the research on the management of student librarians in university library,and Taking the library of Northeast Forestry University as an example,analyzes some problems existing currently in students＇participating in library＇s management,and puts forward some suggestions on carrying out the scientific management of student librarians＇participating in library＇s management and establishing the effective management mechanism.
