摘 要:依据GE水煤浆气化技术特点,建立了GE气化炉煤气化反应的简化计算模型,按所建立的模型进行了气化反应物料平衡和热量平衡的计算,从系统反应进程和最终煤气组分两方面验证了该模型的可靠性。通过本文建立的模型,可以获得GE气化炉在不同运行条件下煤气化炉出口煤气成分等信息,以为系统进行性能分析、工程设计提供参考。Based on the characteristics of GE CWS(Coal-water slurry) gasification technology, the simplified calculation model of the gasification reaction was established. The material and heat balance was calculated through the model, and the model's reliability was verified by the reaction process of the system and the final gas composition. Through this model the gas component information under different conditions could be obtained, and these data information was necessary for performance analysis and engineering design.
