摘　　要：简要叙述了壳牌煤气化工艺特点,介绍了关键设备开工烧嘴的作用及使用原理,详述了开工烧嘴投用前期需进行的调试:雾化测试、安全联锁调试、氧油比标定和程序调试等,并结合实际流程,详细说明了其开停车程序运行过程,对该工艺所面临的实际问题提出了建议。This thesis briefly describes the technological features of the shell coal gasification process and introduces function and application philosophy of the start-up burner which is the key equipment of the plant. It expatiates on such necessary tests （which should be done before the burner is put into operation） as nebulization test, debugging of the safety interlock and of the process, the standardization of the ratio of oxygen to diesel oil, etc. Again, it expatiates on the start-up and shutdown program according to the actual process, and make suggestions about practical problems of this process.
