摘  要:广西玉林化肥厂合成氨分厂曾因片面追求原料煤价格差而选煤不当,使生产陷入困境。分析了原料煤中铁、硫、碳、挥发分等组分对合成氨生产的影响,通过采取对原料煤的严格选用、严格煤场管理、日用煤跟踪、日效益分析与风险评价、年生产时间优化等措施,使企业生产走出了困境,并取得了较好的经济效益。This paper gave an account about the embarrassing situation of the Ammonia Branch Factory of the Guangxi Yulin Chemical Fertilizer Plant when it tried to pursue low priced but poor quality feed coal. It discussed the impacts to ammonia production by such components of feed coal as iron, sulfur, carbon, volatile matter, etc. It also told how the plant got out of the dilemma by strict control of the feed coal quality and the coal storage yard, daily monitoring of the coal consumption, daily benefit analysis, risk assessment and the optimization of the annual production time, etc. All those enables a sound and sustainable development of the enterprise.
