摘 要:为研究芦丁与绿原酸协同抗氧化活性,测定了芦丁与绿原酸以不同浓度组合后的抗氧化活性,包括对1,1-二苯基-2-苦苯肼(DPPH)自由基、超氧(O2.-)自由基的清除作用,以及对Fe2+诱导的脂质过氧化的抑制作用.结果表明:芦丁与绿原酸组合后比各自单独时具有更好的抗氧化活性,在三种检测体系中二者的最大协同作用(实验清除率/理论清除率)分别是1.21(DPPH)、1.38(O2.-)、1.12(脂质过氧化).In order to investigate synergistic antioxidative activities of rutin and chlorogenic acid(CGA),the antioxidative activities of the mixture of rutin and CGA with different ratio were measured,including the scavenging activities against 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH) and superoxide anion(O-·2) free radicals,and also inhibitory ability against lipid peroxidation induced by Fe2+.The results showed that combinations between rutin and CGA had better antioxidative activity.The highest synergistic effects(the tatio of experimental scavenging to theoretical scavenging) in three different assay systems were 1.21(DPPH),1.38(O-·2),and 1.12(lipid peroxidation),respectively.
