摘　　要：本文针对目前公共图书馆业务机构设置现状及弊端，分析了调整业务机构的必要性，提出了业务机构设置的新构想。Abstract This article is written based on the disadvantages existed in professional work of public library for its unreasonabal set-up. It analyses the necessity to reorganize the professional work and puts forword some new concepts on public library's set-up.
