四季感冒片中升麻苷和5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷的含量测定

摘　　要：目的建立测定四季感冒片中升麻苷和5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(15∶85),流速1.0mL/min,检测波长254nm,柱温30℃。结果升麻苷与5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷进样量分别在0.0285～0.228μg(r=0.9998)与0.0345～0.345μg(r=0.9999)范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为97.69%和101.06%,RSD分别为0.16%和0.58%(n=5)。结论所用方法简便、准确,专属性强,可作为四季感冒片的质量控制方法。Objective To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of prim-O-glucosylcimifugin and 5-O-methylvisammioside in Sijiganmao Tablets.Methods The analysis was carried out by using Kromasil C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） and acetonitrile-water（15 ∶85） as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 254 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃.Results The calibration curves were linear in the range of 0.028 5-0.228 μg（r=0.999 8） for prim-O-glucosylcimifugin and 0.034 5-0.345 μg（r=0.999 9） for 5-O-methylvisammioside.The average recovery rate was 97.69%and 101.06%,RSD was 0.16%and 0.58%（n=5）.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate with good specificity,which can be used for the quality contro1 of Sijiganmao Tablets.
