高效液相色谱法测定盐酸克林霉素棕榈酸酯胶囊的含量

摘　　要：目的建立盐酸克林霉素棕榈酸酯胶囊的含量测定方法。方法色谱柱为DiamondC18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为气溶胶(OT型)-冰醋酸-醋酸铵-水-甲醇(1∶0.77∶1∶20∶480),检测波长280nm,流速1.0mL/min。结果盐酸克林霉素棕榈酸酯质量浓度在0.75～30.00g/L范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=1.0000(n=6),日内精密度RSD为0.08%(n=6)。结论所用方法准确可靠,可作为盐酸克林霉素棕榈酸酯胶囊的质量控制方法。Objective To establish a content determination method for Clindamycin Palmitate Hydrochloride Capsule.Methods The Diamond C18 column （150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） was adopted,the mobile phase was aerosols （type OT）-glacial acetic acid-ammonium acetate-water-methanol （1 ∶0.77 ∶1 ∶20 ∶480）,with the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 280 nm.Results Clindamycin Palmitate Hydrochloride Capsule was linear within the range of 0.75-30.00 g/L,the correlation coefficient r=1.000 0（n=6）,the intraday RSD=0.08%（n=6）.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and stable,which can be used for the content determination of Clindamycin Palmitate Hydrochloride Capsule.
