印楝及早熟型印楝染色体分析初探

摘　　要：采用根尖压片法对印楝及早熟型印楝2种材料的染色体进行研究。结果表明,印楝的染色体数目是2n=28,早熟型印楝的染色体数目也是2n=28,这是国内首次报道早熟型印楝染色体数目。从已做的压片来看,由于2种印楝的染色体都太小,无法做核型分析。The chromosome numbers of Azadirachta indica A.Juss.and early maturing A.indica were counted by the root tip squash method in this paper.The results showed that the chromosome number of Azadirchta indica A.Juss.was 2n=28,and that of the early maturing A.indica was the same,which is first reported at home.However,the karyotype analysis could not be operated because the two kinds of chromosome were too small in the photomicrograph.
