摘　　要：作者介绍了当前动物灭活疫苗的灭活类型,对60Coγ射线、甲醛、β-丙内酯(BPL)、N-乙酰乙烯亚胺(AEI)、二乙烯亚胺(BEI)和盐酸聚六亚甲基胍(PHMG)等几种常用抗原灭活剂的特点、灭活机制、研究应用现状进行了综述,并对抗原灭活剂的发展方向进行了展望。In this review the types of inactivant in veterinary vaccines were introduced,and several main issues including the properties,the inactivating mechanism and the application progress of routine inactivants such as 60Co γ irradiation,formaldehyde,Beta-propiolactone（BPL）,acetylethylenimine（AEI）,bromoethylamine hydrobromide（BEI） and polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride（PHMG） were discussed.The prospect of developing direction was also described.
