保留造口袋回流洗肠在小儿肠造口关闭术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨保留造口袋回流洗肠在小儿肠造口关闭术中的应用效果。方法选择2007年1月-2009年12月行肠造口关闭术的患儿26例,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各13例。对照组采用常规方法进行回流洗肠,实验组采用保留造口袋的回流洗肠方法。比较两组患儿洗肠时间、洗肠过程所耗费的护理垫及造口袋的费用。结果实验组洗肠时间短于对照组,所耗费的护理垫及造口袋费用低于对照组。结论保留造口袋回流洗肠能缩短洗肠时间,减轻护理工作量;同时能减少洗肠过程的费用,减轻患儿的经济负担,是一种较好的洗肠方法。Objective To investigate the benefit of preserving ostomy bag in repeatedly children enema.Methods 26 infants undergoing closure after colostomy were equally divided into two groups randomly from January 2007 to December 2009.In the control group,the conventional methods of enema was used,while ostomy bag was preserved during the period of repeatedly enema in the experimental group.The two groups were compared in respect of time for enema and cost for care pad and ostomy bag.Results The time for enema in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group.The cost for nursing pad and ostomy bag was less than that in the control group.Conclusions Preservation of ostomy bag is a good method for infants undergoing repeated enema.It can shorten the time for enema and reduce cost significantly.
