红皮病型银屑病患者的护理

摘　　要：目的总结红皮病型银屑病患者的护理经验。方法回顾性总结20例红皮病型银屑病患者的护理经验。结果患者住院18-40d,平均32d。痊愈4例,显效14例,有效2例,显效率为90.0%。结论做好心理护理、饮食护理、皮肤护理和预防继发感染对提高红皮病型银屑病患者的治疗效果具有积极的意义。Objective To summarize the experience of nursing patients with erythrodermic psoriasis.Method Retrospectively,the histories of 20 psoriasis patients were reviewed to look into the nursing measures.Results The time for hospitalization ranged from 18 to 40 d,averaged 32 d.By effective treatment and care,4 patients got healed.The best curative effectiveness was achieved in 14 cases and mild effectiveness in 2 cases,with an efficiency of 90.0%.Conclusion The nursing measures like mental care,diet nursing,skin care and prevention of secondary infection are key to the improvement of curative effect on erythrodermic psoriasis.
