论淮安地区高校联合体文献资源共享项目建设的问题及对策

摘　　要：论文对淮安地区高校联合体文献资源共享项目背景和优势进行分析,发现存在政府投入不足、协调困难、不注重效益等问题。提出政府应适当加大投资力度,妥善解决资产归属问题;联盟应科学合理安排项目实施,制定统一标准,加强人员培训,为地方经济建设做贡献,体现资源共享的核心价值。After analyzing the background and advantage of the Project of library consortium literature resources sharing in Huaian region, this paper finds out that there are some problems in it, such as lack of government investment, coordination difficulties, paying no attention to benefit, etc. It points out that the government should make more investment and resolve the ownership of assets properly, and the consortium should arrange project implementation reasonably and scientifically, make uniform standards, strengthen personnel training, so as to contribute to the local economy and reflect the core value of resource sharing.
