摘  要:目的 研制一种简便、实用的松质骨渗透率测量装置.方法 将松质骨简化为一种流-固耦合的两相多孔介质,根据Darcy经验公式设计松质骨渗透率测量装置.该装置中,驱动渗透液的动力源是低压空气.选取新鲜猪股骨大转子处的松质骨、并制成24个立方块试件(10 mm×10 mm×10 mm).这些试件随机分成4组,即A、B、C、D组,分别对应于4种压力差(50,100,150,200 kPa).实验中,测量在4种压力差作用下松质骨试件的Darcy渗透率.结果 24个猪股骨松质骨试件的平均Darcy渗透率为(1.88±0.21)×10^-10·m^2·pa^-1·s^-1;在4种不同压力差作用下,4组松质骨试件的Darcy渗透率没有表现出具有统计学意义的变化.提示:松质骨试件Darcy渗透率(kD)同渗透压(pA)呈不相关的趋势,与Darcy经验公式近似地一致.结论 该装置可测量松质骨的Darcy渗透率,经进一步改进和完善,可望为松质骨渗透特性的研究提供一种简便、实用的测量手段.Objective The purpose of this paper is to develop a simple experimental set-up for the determination of permeability of cancellous bone.Methods Cancellous bone was typically simplified as a fluid-solid coupled porous media.Darcy's Law was introduced to design and develop the measurement device of cancellous bone permeability,in which the penetrating fluid was driven by lower-pressure gas.In order to validate this experimental set-up,a total of 24 cancellous bone specimens with a size of 10 mm×10 mm×10 mm from the fresh greater trochanter of swine femur were applied.The specimens were randomly divided into four groups of A,B,C and D subjected to four driving pressures of 50,100,150 and 200 kPa,under which Darcy permeability of cancellous bone was determined.Results The average Darcy permeability (kD) of all twenty-four specimens was (1.88±0.21)×10^-10· m^2· Pa^-1· s^-1 Under four different driving pressures,there were not statistical differences in the Darcy permeability of cancellous bone of groups A to group D.It indicated no obvious correlation between Darcy permeate rate (kD) and driving pressure (PA).The result was in accordance with Darcy's Law.Conclusion It was implied from the stated experimental data that this experimental set-up could be used to determine the Darcy permeability of cancellous bone and provide a simple and practical experimental approach suitable for the cancellous bone permeability research.
