摘　　要：目的探讨综合家庭干预对经静脉吸毒感染艾滋病患者家庭功能的影响。方法采用整群随机抽样方法抽取湖南省3个艾滋病治疗点98名吸毒艾滋病患者，将患者随机分为干预组50例和对照组48例。干预组给予为期9个月的家庭综合干预，对照组接受常规治疗和护理。采用家庭关怀度指数问卷对2组患者进行综合家庭干预效果评价。结果干预前2组家庭功能评分比较无显著差异；进行为期9个月的综合家庭干预后，对照组家庭功能得分为（4．26±3．73）分，显著低于干预组的（6．53±4．29）分；干预后干预组的家庭功能等级评价亦显著优于对照组。结论综合家庭干预是改善吸毒艾滋病患者家庭功能的有效模式。Objective To examine the effects of comprehensive family intervention on family function among HIV-infected injection drug users （IDUs）, Methods Ninety-eight HIV-infected IDUs in 3 AIDS treatment sites in Hunan Province were selected by random cluster sampling and were randomly divided into the intervention group （50 cases） and the control group （48 cases）. Subjects in the intervention group were given a 9-month comprehensive family intervention, while those in the control group received standard treatment and care. When the study was completed, APGAR questionnaire was used to analyze the effects of comprehensive family intervention. Results Before the intervention ,the scores of family function were not significantly different the intervention group and the control group. After the interven- tion, the scores of family function among the control group were（4.26± 3.73） points and the intervention group was （6.53±4.29） points, the scores of family function were significantly different between the two groups. Conclusions The comprehensive family intervention is an effective model to improve the family function of HIV-infected injection drug users.
