从逍遥丸的组成探疏肝不忘理脾 理气当防伤阴

摘　　要：逍遥丸疏肝解郁,养血调经,是治疗肝脾不和证的经典方。此方实脾疏肝、肝脾同治,组方精妙。在方义分析的基础上,重点阐述了其运用白术、茯苓、炙甘草健脾益气,当归、白芍养血柔肝,所体现的"疏肝莫忘理脾"、"理气当防伤阴"的原则,有助于加深对该方的理解和指导临床运用,提高疗效。Xiaoyao Pill is a classical recipe to treat the syndrome of disharmony between the liver and spleen,which can cremove stagnation of liver-qi,tonify the blood and regulate menstruation. The recipe is exquisite on restoring the normal function of the liver and tonifing the spleen. On the basic of interpretation,the article elaborates with emphasis the priciple of ＂Smoothing the Liver with Invigorating the Spleen and Regulating the fiow of Qi not Impairing Yin＂by introducing Bai Zhu Fu Lin and prepared Gan Cao which can invigorate qi and activate the spleen while Dang Gui and Bai Shao can replenish liver-blood. It is helpful to understand this prescription and use in clinical as soon as to improve the curative effects.
