摘 要:目的:初步探讨降压益肾颗粒对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)的降压效果及对血浆ET-1和TGF-β1含量的影响。方法:选择8周龄雄性SHR50只,随机分为SHR模型组、降压益肾颗粒低、中、高剂量组、盐酸贝那普利组,同时以同源性Wistar大鼠10只作为正常对照组,药物干预12周。每周用无创尾动脉套袖法测量各组大鼠血压;第8周和12周后取血,测定血清中ET-1和TGF-β1含量。结果:SHR模型组第8周和12周血浆中ET-1和TGF-β1含量明显升高,与Wistar组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.01),降压益肾颗粒可明显降低SHR血压和血清中ET-1和TGF-β1含量,与SHR模型组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.01),结论:降压益肾颗粒对SHR有较好降压作用,其降压机制可能与降低SHR血浆ET-1和TGF-β1含量有关。Objective:Studied the Jiangya Yishen particles to effect on low blood pressure and its plasma ET-1 and TGF-β1 levels in spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR). Methods: 8-week-old 50 male SHR rats were randomly divided into SHR model group, Jiangya Yishen particles low, middle and high-dose group, benazepril hydrochloride group, meanwhile use d homologous Wistar rats 10 as normal control group, drug intervention for 12 weeks. Used the non-invasive arterial caudilis sleeve measurement rats in each group; after the first 8 weeks and 12 weeks got blood ,measured ET-1 and TGF-β1 levels in serum. Results: The first 8 weeks and 12 weeks SHR model group ET-1 and TGF-β1 were significantly increased in plasma ,compared with the Wistar group was significant difference (P0.01), Jiangya Yishen particles can significantly low SHR blood pressure Y and ET-1 and TGF-β1 levels in serum, compared with the SHR model group were significant difference (P0.01). Conclusion: The Jiangya Yishen particles had better antihypertensive effect on SHR, which may be associated with reducing ET-1 and TGF-β level in SHR plasma.
