从循证医学的角度分析针灸治疗脾胃虚寒证的临床研究概况

摘　　要：循证医学(EBM)是临床医学发展的必然,而针灸学属于传统经验医学。从脾胃病辨证分型、针灸治疗方法及其疗效等方面综述了近年来针灸治疗脾胃虚寒证的临床研究进展。指出关于治疗脾胃虚寒证应参考循证针灸学思维,加强研究符合循证医学要求的基于严谨的科学证据之上的最优化,最安全,最有利于病人的针灸方案。最大可能的排除干扰因素,证明灸法等单一作用于某一疾病某一证型确实有效,并做出对其量效及时效关系的具体分析。Evidence-based medicine （EBM） is the necessity of the development of clinical while acupuncture-moxibustion is a traditional experienced medicine. This paper summarized the clinical studies in recent years of acupuncture-moxibustion treatment of spleen-stomach-vacuity-cold, including the spleen-stomach syndrome types and curative effects of the treatments, etc. Points out the projects of treatment on spleen-stomach vacuity cold should refer to the evidence-based acupuncture-moxibustion medicine. Strengthen researching the best acupuncture program in line with the requirements of evidence-based medicine. The program is the safest and most beneficial for the patient. Find the best way of eliminating the interfering factors. To testify the single function like moxibustion applied to a type of the disease is efficiency. And make the specific analysis of the relationship between the effect and the time or the quantity of the acupuncture-moxibustion treatment.
