针灸八会穴治疗慢性疲劳综合症的疗效及其对患者免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察针灸八会穴治疗慢性疲劳综合症(CFS)的临床疗效及治疗前后IgA、IgG值的变化,探讨八会穴治疗CFS的机制。方法:30例CFS患者用针灸八会穴治疗,观察治疗前后症状积分改善情况及疗效,并观察治疗前后CFS患者免疫球蛋白水平的变化。结果:痊愈8例,显效9例,有效10例,无效3例,总有效率90.0%;治疗后症状积分显著低于治疗前0;治疗后IgA、IgG水平均有显著升高。结论:针灸八会穴治疗能显著改善CFS患者的临床症状,具有较高的临床愈显率,同时能明显提高患者的免疫功能,提示其可能是针刺八会穴治疗CFS的机制。Objective：To observe the curative effect of acupuncture at eight influential points to treat patients with CFS and the change of IgA,IgG before and after treatment and to study the effects on immune function in patients after the treatment.Methods：Thirty cases of CFS were treated by acupuncture at eight influential points, the Symptom score and therapeutic effect were observed and the amount of IgA,IgG were detected before and after the treatment.Results：8 cases wereCured, 9 cases were markedly effective,10 cases improved and 3 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 90.0%. After treatment,the Symptom score was significantly lower （P0.01） and the amount of IgA,IgG were both significantly higher（P0.05）.Conclusion：Acupuncture at eight influential points has definite therapeutic effect on CFS and can improve the immune function in CFS patients.
