中医药治疗围绝经期综合征的实验研究进展

摘　　要：围绝经期综合征指妇女绝经前后由于性激素减少所致的一系列躯体及精神心理症状。主要采用论述与分析的形式,通过收集大量中医药治疗围绝经期综合征方面的实验研究。进而从这些文献资料中研究发现,中医药治疗围绝经期综合征的机理分别从调节神经内分泌免疫系统、自由基代谢、血脂代谢、骨代谢等方面的影响作了一些探讨。并进一步对用中医药和单纯用西药在治疗围绝经期综合征方面的优势进行了简要比较,从而肯定了中医药在治疗围绝经期综合征的广阔前景。Perimenopausal syndrome refers to women after menopause due to a decrease due to a series of sex hormones physical and mental psychological symptoms. This article uses the form of discourse and analysis, by collecting a large number of Chinese medicine treatment of menopause syndrome in experiments. Then from those found in the literature, Chinese medicine treatment of menopause syndrome, respectively, from the regulating mechanism of the neuroendocrine immune system, free radical metabolism, lipid metabolism, bone metabolism and so made some of the effects. And further on the use of simple to use medicine and western medicine in the treatment of climacteric syndrome in a brief comparative advantage,Which affirmed the Chinese medicine in treatment of menopause syndrome broad prospects.
