六味地黄汤联合耐受性树突状细胞疫苗对哮喘小鼠的协同治疗作用研究

摘　　要：目的:研究六味地黄汤配合耐受性树突状细胞(DC)疫苗联合应用对哮喘小鼠的治疗作用。方法:以六味地黄汤(LW)和/或抗原特异性的耐受性DC疫苗作用于过敏性哮喘小鼠,观察小鼠支气管肺泡灌洗液中嗜酸性粒细胞数目及支气管肺组织病理学改变情况的影响进行研究。结果:本研究成功制备了耐受性DC,并发现六味地黄汤联合耐受性DC在抑制肺炎症细胞浸润尤其是嗜酸性粒细胞方面取得了与注射地塞米松相似的效果,但对减少肺部杯状细胞增生及黏液分泌的作用效果尚不如后者。Objective：To observe the effect of combined treatment with Liuwei Dihuang pills（soup） （LW） and tolerogenic dendritic cells （DC） Vaccines on asthma mice. Methods：By LW and/or antigenic specific tolerogenic DC Vaccines on allergic asthma mice,we had studied the Eosinophilic Granulocytes Level in Bronchoalveolar Lavage Fluid and the pathological changes in bronchopulmonary tissues in rats.Results：The investigation had successfully established tolerogenic DC,and discussed the combined treatment with LW and tolerogenic DC had similar effect to dexamethasone injection in inhibiting infiltrating inflammatory cells in the lung exceptionally the eosinophils,but the results of decreasing the goblet cell metaplasia and mucous secretion in rats lungs were inferior to dexamethasone injection.
