摘  要:目的:探讨多普勒组织成像(DopplerTissueImaging,DTI)评价正常心肌激动起源及传导顺序的可行性及准确性。方法:应用M型、频谱及加速度DTI模式观察9只杂种开胸犬心脏的活动,所用仪器为AcusonSe-quoiaC256超声成像系统。结果:①加速度DTI:正常窦性激动时,室间隔中部左室面最先出现红黄亮斑,表示最早激动;②M型DTI:室间隔中段激动早于左室后壁(P<0.05);③频谱DTI:心脏各节段心内膜激动均早于心外膜(P<0.05)。前间隔中段左室面激动最早,左室后壁基段外膜面激动最晚。不同心室壁不同节段激动收缩顺序不同。结论:DTI可以直接准确无创地评价心肌激动起源及顺序。Objective:To evaluate the possibility and accuracy of Doppler Tissue Imaging(DTI)on assessment of normal myocardial activation and contraction sequence.Methods:9 open chest dogs hearts were analysed by M modes,spectrum and acceleration mode DTI.Results:Acceleration mapping mode:the origin of activation and conduction sequences could be viewed.M mode DTI:the activation in mid interventricular septum was earlier than in mid left ventricular posterior wall;Spectrum DTI:the ventricular endocardial activation was earlier than the ventricular epicardium in all segments.The earliest site of activation of the ventricular wall was at mid interventricular septum,the latest site was at basal posterior wall,the contraction sequences were different at the different segments of the wall.Conclusion:DTI can localize normal myocardial activation origin and assess contraction sequence accurately.
