高效液相色谱法测定红药片中欧前胡素和异欧前胡素的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立红药片中欧前胡素和异欧前胡素的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法:采用C18色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水(70∶30),流速为1.0mL.min-1,检测波长300nm。结果:欧前胡素线性范围为0.106～10.6μg,r=0.9995,加样回收率为97.80%,RSD=0.8%;异欧前胡素线性范围为0.1072～10.72μg,r=0.9992,加样回收率为97.65%,RSD=0.8%。结论:该方法简便准确,适用于红药片制剂的质量控制。Objective：To establish an HPLC method for determination of imperatorin and isoimperatorin in Hongyao tablet.Methods： The separation was performed on a ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18 column（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）. The mobile phase consisted of methanl-water （70∶30,v/v）. The flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1. The UV detection was set at 300nm.Results： Imperatorin had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.106～10.6μg,r=0.9995,the average recovery of the sample was 97.80% and RSD was 0.8%; isoimperatorin had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.1072~10.72μg,r=0.9992,the average recovery of the sample was 97.65% and RSD was 0.8%.Conclusion：The method is simple and accurate. It could be usded for the quality control of the imperatorin and isoimperatorin.
