HPLC法测定不同产地南葶苈子中芥子碱硫氰酸盐的含量

摘　　要：目的:采用HPLC法测定不同产地南葶苈子中芥子碱硫氰酸盐的含量。方法:色谱柱:Phenomenex-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.08mol/LKH2PO4溶液(11∶89);检测波长:326nm;流速:1mL/min;柱温:30℃。结果:芥子碱硫氰酸盐在0.944～4.720μg之间,线性关系良好,加样回收率99.08%,RSD=0.61%(n=6)。结论:该方法操作简便、准确,具有很好的重现性和稳定性。产地对南葶苈子中芥子碱硫氰酸盐的含量有明显影响。Objective：To determine the Sinapine thiocyanate in Descurainia Sophia （L.） Webb ex Prantl from Different Regions by HPLC.Method：The column employed was Phenomenex-C18 Column （4.6mm×250mm,5μm）;The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.08mol/L KH2PO4（11：89）.The flow rate was 1.0ml/min and detection was effected at 326nm.Results：The linear range of Sinapine thiocyanate was 0.944～4.720μg （r=0.99997） ,the mean recovery was 99.08%,RSD=0.61%（n=6）.Conclusion：This method is simple,rapid and accurate with good reproducibility.It is suitable for the quality control of Descurainia Sophia （L.） Webb ex Prantl. Different Regions has a significant influence on the concentration of Sinapine thiocyanate in Descurainia Sophia （L.） Webb ex Prantl.
