补法治疗慢性肾炎蛋白尿初探

摘　　要：慢性肾炎蛋白尿是临床常见疾病,常隐匿起病,反复发作,治疗有一定难度,补益脾肾乃临床治疗本病最为常用的方法。着重就补脾、补肾、脾肾双补、常用药物、辨证论治、守方服用等做一探讨。由于本病临床证候复杂而多变,故临证除酌情运用补法外,务必根据每一患者的具体证候、不同体质,病邪兼夹等不同情况,参以祛风利水、清热解毒,利湿化浊、活血化瘀等相应药物,彻底清除所感之外邪,以及稽留在人体内的水湿、湿热、热毒、瘀血等邪气,使邪不内扰,不再进一步耗伤正气。只要邪气渐去,正气渐复,尿中蛋白等精微物质下泄自会日益渐少,本病亦会日趋好转或康复!The Chronic nephritic proteinuria is a common disease,often conceals,recurrent disease and treatment has the certain difficulty,spleen and kidney compensation is the most common disease clinical treatment. The paper emphatically tonifying spleen and kidney,spleen and kidney double filling,commonly used medicines,syndrome differentiation and treatment,the defending team inside. Do take etc. As the disease clinical syndrome complicated and changeable,except for clinical use of discretion,according to each patient＇s specific syndromes,different physical,disease and different situations,and clamps etc,and wind qingrejiedu,suits the turbidity,invigorate,thoroughly remove such drugs beyond deadlines,and carcass in the body of water,hot,hot,blood stasis etc,and not to evil,no further consumption within the healthy injury. As long as evil,healthy gradually gradually,urine protein or material will be more subtle,this also will be less increasingly better or recovery.
