摘　　要：通过调查上海市卫生系统知识产权试点单位专利管理组织现状、专利管理人员知识产权信息利用情况,对影响信息利用的原因进行分析,确定其中存在的问题,以提高卫生系统专利管理人员利用专利信息的水平。The paper investigates the status quo of patent management organization, the situation of patent information utilization of patent administrators in the intellectual property pilot units in health system of Shanghai. It also analyzes the reasons that might affect information utilization, determines certain existing problems, so as to enhance the utilization level of patent information for the patent administrators in health system.
