摘　　要：目的探讨微型钢板治疗桡骨小头骨折的临床治疗方法及效果。方法 2005年1月～2009年1月对13例桡骨小头骨折(8例MasonⅡ、5例MasonⅢ型)采用微型钢板内固定方法手术治疗。结果 13例患者随访12～36个月,平均15个月,采用Mayo肘关节功能评分标准,优8例,良3例,中2例,优良率84.6%,且均未发现骨折不愈合及异位骨化的病例。结论微型钢板治疗桡骨小头骨折手术方法疗效满意。Objective To explore the clinical treatment and effectiveness by using the minor plate for radial head fractures. Methods Thirteen cases of radial head fracture （8 cases of Mason Ⅱ , 5 cases of Mason Ⅲ） were treated from Jan. 2005 to Jan. 2009 by using mini-plate fixation in surgery. Results All the 13 cases were followed up 12 to 36 months,with an average of 15 months,and the standard Mayo elbow function scores showed 8 cases were excellent,3 cases good and 2 cases general,with the good or excellent rate of 84.6% and no cases showed nonunion and heterotopic ossification. Conclusion Use of Minor plate radial head fracture is safe and effective.
