细辛脑雾化治疗COPD急性发作疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨细辛脑注射液雾化吸入配合常规疗法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性发作的疗效。方法选择2007年1月～2009年12月在哈尔滨医科大学附属第四医院呼吸内科住院的154例(COPD)急性发作期患者,随机分为常规疗法组和联用细辛脑治疗组;联用细辛脑治疗组在常规疗法的基础上联用细辛脑注射液雾化吸入治疗。观察两组临床疗效、症状积分及血气分析结果。结果联用细辛脑治疗组显效率为77.92%,常规疗法组为58.44%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后联用细辛脑治疗组患者症状积分及血气分析结果均明显优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论在常规疗法的基础上联用细辛脑注射液雾化吸入治疗(COPD)急性发作有较好的临床疗效。Objective To observe the effect of aerosol inhalation of asarone injection combined with routine treatment in acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）. Methods We divided 154 cases of （COPD） randomly into two groups：routine treatment group and combined group. Both groups were given routine treatment and aerosol inhalation of asarone injection was added to the combined group. We observed the effect of treatment and symptom integral and blood gas analysis. Results The effective rate of the combined group was 72.73%,and that of the routine treatment group was 58.44% ,with a significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The results of symptom integral and blood gas analysis of the combined group were obviously superior to those of the routine treatment groupafter treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion On the basis of routine treatment,combination with aerosol inhalation of asarone injection can remarkably increase the clinical curative effect in （COPD）.
