摘  要:研究组前期实验表明,栉孔扇贝(Chlamys farreri)从囊胚期开始的各发育时期中,以D形幼虫期开始出现形态可辨的血细胞。本文采用石蜡切片、组织化学、栉孔扇贝血细胞单克隆抗体的免疫组化方法,定位、观察栉孔扇贝D形幼虫血细胞的分布和形态特点。结果表明:可辨形态的血细胞集中分布于幼虫的外套膜、面盘、口、食道、胃、消化腺、肠等组织,游离的血细胞大多为球形或椭球形,直径约为1~3μm,中央有一深色细胞核,而在消化腺中血细胞密集层叠,形态各异。在该时期未观察到不同类型的血细胞和造血组织。结论认为,D形幼虫期开始出现形态可辨的血细胞,主要分布于与摄食消化相关的组织器官内。Preliminary data showed that, during the development of Chinese scallop Chlarnys farreri, distinguishable haemocytes occurred since the stage of D larvae. In this paper, the study on the distribution and morpha of haemocytes in D larvae were carried out by the methods of light microscopy, histochemical staining and immunohistochemistry (IHC) with monoclonal antibodies against haemoeytes of C. farreri. The results showed that the haemocytes with distinguishable morpha were mainly distributed in the tissues of mantle, velum, mouth, esophagus, stomach, digestive gland and intestine. Moreover, the dissociative haemocytes with a fuscous nuclear in center were spherical or spheroidical, with a diameter of 1-3μm, and assembled in digestive gland. However, the different types of haemocytes and the hematopoietic tissues were not found in D larvae stage. So, as a conclussion, we deduced that the haemocytes became morphologically distinguishable from D larvae ,stage and mainly distributed in tissues and organs which are related to feeding and digestion.
