摘 要:目的:用有限元法分析女性前牙反牙合患者从乳牙期到替牙期软组织侧貌生长发育特点。方法:用专门建立的有限元分析软件,由作者一人完成节点的输入。结果:从乳牙期到替牙期,大多数单元面积均有不同程度增加,形状变化大于大小变化。鼻尖部生长发育明显,上唇唇瓣呈向前向上的生长行为,下唇唇珠部发育明显,颏部以颏上部生长发育明显,可能对颏上部变长、颏唇沟点上移有一定作用。结论:用有限元法进行软组织侧貌分析是可行的,获得了女性前牙反牙合患者从乳牙期到替牙期软组织侧貌生长发育的一些特点。Objective:To analyze the growth and development characteristics of soft tissue profile of female with anterior crossbite from deciduous dentition period to mixed dentition period by two dimensional finite element method.Method:Two dimentional finite analysis was performed in 82 above mentioned cases with a specially developed computer software.The nodes were input by the author only.Results:The area of most element increased in different degrees.Shape changed more than size in most elements. Apparent growth occurred around apex of nose.Upper lip valve showed forward and upward growth.Labial tubercle of lower lip and the upper part of chin grew apparently,and the latter may contribute to the prolonged upper part of chin and upward moving of mentolabial sulus point.Conclusions:Finite element method is feasible for soft tissue profile analysis.The represented data in this paper may be refrences to learn the growth and development characteristics of soft tissue profile of female with anterior crossbite from deciduous dentition period to mixed dentition period.
