摘  要:随着机载红外设备的发展,红外窗口技术已发展成为一个特殊的技术领域。根据机载窗口和地基窗口的基本差别,讨论了机载光电设备红外窗口的选型及设计方案。在叙述了红外窗口典型材料的特点和最新进展的基础上,对窗口的机械强度进行了计算,并利用有限元分析方法,讨论了轴向温度梯度和径向温度梯度对光学窗口的影响。分析结果表明:机载光电设备窗口设计应着重考虑空气动力负载,进行工程核算;在考虑热辐射的解决措施时,应对径向温度梯度重点控制。选型方案和设计方法对工程应用具有实际指导意义。With the development of airborne photoelectric equipments,the IR optical window has become a special technique field.The design for IR optical window covers broad scope of knowledge and requires high technology.The type-selection and design scheme of IR optical window of airborne photoelectric equipments were analyzed based on the difference between ground window and airborne window.Considering the recent development and characteristics of the typical materials of the IR optical window,the mechanical intensity of optical window was calculated.And the finite element analysis method was used to calculate the temperature influence of the axial and radial gradients on the optical windows.It is indicated that in IR optical window designing,the air dynamic load must be considered.And radial temperature gradients in the optical window must be carefully controlled in thermal radiation processing.The type-selection and design of IR optical window are meaningful for engineering application.
