摘 要:本研究在胃、十二指肠慢性埋植应力传感器的大鼠上,观察了大鼠胃肠移行性复合运动(MMC)的特点及西沙必利对MMC的作用及与胃动素释放的关系。结果表明:(1)空腹时。大鼠胃、十二指肠可以记录到典型的MMC活动。(2)西沙必利可增强MMC收缩活动,分别使胃、十二指肠MMCⅢ相延长93%和35%。(3)西沙必利使胃肠MMCⅢ相时的血浆胃动素浓度升高。(4)给予抗胃动素血清、5-HT4受体拮抗剂及阿托品可抑制西沙必利对MMC的收缩作用。上述结果提示:西沙必利增强胃肠收缩活动的作用机制.除通过肠神经系统5-HT,受体引起ACh释放外,还通过激发胃动素的释放,使MMCⅢ相收缩增加。The characteristics of interdigestive migrating motor complex (MMC) and the effect of cisaprjde(Prepulsid) on gastrointestinal MMC and plasma motilin concentration were studied in conscious ratsimplanted with strain gauge.The results showed:(l) MMC pattern could be clearly recorded onstomach and duodenum in fasting state in rats, (2) cisapride induced a significant increase in gas-trointestinal MMC contractile activity,and the duration of the gastric and duodenal phase III increasedby 93% and 35% respectively. (3) cisapride caused a significant increase of plasma motilinconcentration,(4) the effects of cisapride were blocked by anti-motilin serum, 5-HT4 antagonist andatropine.The results suggest that cisapride may exert stimulatory effects on gastrointestinal motilityby stimulating 5-HT4 receptor in the enteric nervous system (ENS), while it may also induce MMCphase Ill motor activity via facilitating motilin release.
