四川省西昌市汉族和彝族人群代谢综合征危险因素的研究

摘　　要：目的了解四川省西昌市汉族居民和彝族居民代谢综合征(MS)患病情况及其相关的危险因素。方法应用分层整群抽样,于2007-2008年对西昌市2 130例汉族和1 306例彝族成年人进行横断面调查。结果西昌市彝族成人MS粗患病率为11.9%,年龄标化患病率为10.8%;汉族MS粗患病率为8.3%,年龄标化患病率为7.2%,MS的患病率随年龄的增加而上升。彝族男性MS、血脂紊乱、肥胖和高血糖患病率均高于汉族男性。彝族人群2种以上代谢异常患病率高于汉族。多因素分析结果表明,MS与民族、年龄、性别、体力劳动强度、文化程度、饮酒量以及高血压或糖尿病家族史有密切关系。结论西昌市彝族居民的MS患病率高于汉族,尤其是彝族男性MS患病率最高。年龄、性别、体力劳动强度、文化程度、饮酒量,家族史是MS重要的危险因素。Objective To investigate the prevalence of the metabolic syndrome（MS） and risk factors between the Yi and Han people in Xichang City.Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted among 1 306 Yi residents and 2 130 Han residents aged ≥20 years in the city of Xichang,Sichuan province in 2007-2008.Results The age-adjusted prevalence of MS was 10.8% among Yi residents and 7.2% among Han residents.The crude prevalence was 11.9% among Yi residents and 8.3% among Han residents.The prevalence increased significantly with age in both ethnic groups.Compared with male Han residents,the prevalence of MS,dyslipidemia,overweight and high fasting glucose in male Yi residents was higher.The proportion with 2 or more metabolize abnormity in Yi residents was higher than that in Han residents.The result of multivariable logistic regression showed that race,sex,educational background, levels of physical activity,excessive alcohol intake and family history of diabetes and hypertension were risk factors of MS.Conclusions The prevalence of MS in Yi residents was high,and compared with Han men,Yi men had a higher prevalence of MS.Race,age,sex,educational background,levels of physical activity,excessive alcohol intake,family history of diabetes or hypertension are independent risk factors of the MS in both of the ethnic groups.
