摘　　要：目的本文通过对某医院急诊室伤害监测点的医院管理组、伤害患者(应答者)、研究者、填写者的问卷调查,给出基于该调查问卷的医院急诊室伤害监测点监测质量的模糊评价方法。方法基于影响医院急诊室伤害监测点监测质量的17个因素,建立了关于医院急诊室伤害监测点监测质量的二级模糊综合评价模型。结果给出了被评价医院急诊室伤害监测点监测质量的一个排序。结论该评价方法对目前我国医院急诊室伤害监测点监测质量的评估具有一定的指导意义。Objective To evaluate the injury surveillance quality in a hospital emergency room through questionnaires on supervisors,patients,investigators,filling person.Methods The two-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was established about influential factors of injury surveillance quality in hospital based on 17 influential factors.Results The quality of injury surveillance in the evaluated hospital is very good.Conclusions The evaluation method is not only important to evaluate injury surveillance quality in hospital,but also crucial to injury surveillance sites operation.
