冠心舒治疗冠心病心绞痛107例临床观察

摘　　要：以冠心舒胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛１０７例，并设复方丹参片治疗３２例对照观察。结果：治疗组中临床治愈３例，显效５２例，有效４５例，无效７例，总有效率为９３．４６％；对照组中显效１０例，有效１６例，无效６例，总有效率为８１．２５％；经统计学处理，χ２＝４．３３０３，Ｐ＜０．０５，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组，并且血脂及心电图检查结果明显改善。One hundred and seven cases with angina pectoris were treated with Guanxinshu Capsule ,which was compared with the group treated with Compound Danshen Tablet.Result:in the treatment group,3 cases were cured,52 markedly effective,45 effective,7 ineffective and the total effective rate was 93.46%,While in the control group,it respectively was10,16,6,81.25%,the difference between the two groups was significant(p<0.05).In the treatment group,the ECG and the blood lipid were improved.
