槐定碱的药理研究综述

摘　　要：槐定碱(sophoridine,SR)是从豆科槐属植物苦豆子Sophora alopecuroides L中提取分离的单体生物碱,研究发现其具有抗肿瘤、抗心律失常、抗炎抑菌、体外抑精和免疫抑制等作用。临床上槐定碱对恶性滋养细胞肿瘤有显著疗效,对恶性淋巴瘤和消化道肿瘤也有一定疗效,是一种高效低毒的抗癌生物碱。本文从现代基础实验研究方面对槐定碱的主要药理作用作一综述,为深入研究和开发应用提供参考。Sophoridine（sophoridine,SR） is a kind of monomer alkaloid which is purified from Sophora alopecuroides L.The researchers found that it has many benefits for heaeth,such as anti-tumor,anti-arrhythmia,anti-inflammatory antibacterial,sperm suppression in vitro,immune suppression and so on.As a kind of highly efficient low toxicity anti-cancer alkaloid,sophoridine is applied in clinical treatment of malignant lymphoma and gastrointestinal tumors.In order to provied references for further development and application,the main pharmacological effects of sophoridine are reviewed in this paper.
