摘 要:目的:建立温莪术的HPLC指纹图谱分析色谱条件,拟定温莪术指纹特征图谱的共有模式。方法:采用kromasilC18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸(梯度洗脱);检测波长为216 nm;柱温为30℃;流速为1mL·min-1。结果:温莪术共标示出13个共有峰。10批温莪术相似度较好,均大于0.95。用本文建立的测定方法,能够明确区别温莪术和广西莪术及蓬莪术。结论:方法准确可靠,重复性好,为温莪术质量控制提供了保证。Objective: To establish a method of fingerprint analysis of Curcuma wenyujin by HPLC.Method: HPLC was performed on a kromasil ODS C18 analytical column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) with gradient elution(0-45 min,45% A→95% A;45-55 min,95% A) of acetonitrile(A)-0.1% phosphoric acid(B) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The column temperature was 30 ℃ and UV detection wavelength was set at 216 nm.Result: Thirteen peaks were identified as the characteristic fingerprints of C.wenyujin and the fingerprints profiles of the 10 samples from the same species C.wenyujin presented high similarities.The similarities of different species of Curcuma were low.The fingerprint profile was able to identify different species of Curcuma.Conclusion: This method is rapid,precise and replicable,which is helpful to control the quality of Curcumae.
