固相萃取-HPLC同时测定润燥止痒胶囊中苦参碱和二苯乙烯苷的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立润燥止痒胶囊中苦参碱和二苯乙烯苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用固相萃取-HPLC,色谱柱为XTerraRP18(3.9 mm×150 mm,5μm),流速1.0 mL·min-1,乙腈-水(20∶80)为流动相,检测波长为320 nm。结果:苦参碱的线性范围为0.302 6～1.513 g·L-1,r=0.999 7,平均回收率为98.65%,RSD 1.90%(n=6);二苯乙烯苷的线性范围为1.048～8.384 mg·L-1,r=0.999 5,平均回收率为97.45%,RSD 1.89%(n=6)。结论:方法简便、快速、准确,适合该胶囊中苦参碱和二苯乙烯苷的含量测定。Objective： To establish a method for the determination of matrine and stilbene glucoside in Renzao Zhiyang Capsule.Method： SPE-HPLC was conducted on a XTerra RP18 column（3.9 mm × 150 mm,5 μm） with acetonitrile-water（20∶80）,flow rate 1.0 mL·min-1,detecting at 320 nm.Result： Matrine was linear in the range of 0.302 6-1.513 g·L-1（r=0.999 7）,the average recovery was 98.65%,RSD 1.90%（n=6）.Stilbene glucoside was linear in the range of 1.048-8.384 mg·L-1（r = 0.999 5）,the average recovery was 97.45%,RSD 1.89%（n=6）.Conclusion： The method was simple,sensitive,accurate and suitable for the determination of matrine and stilbene glucoside in Renzao Zhiyang Capsule.
