三七花总皂苷对动脉粥样硬化模型大鼠血脂及血液流变学影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨三七花总皂苷对动脉粥样硬化(AS)大鼠血脂、血液流变学的影响。方法:采用维生素D高脂饲料法复制动脉粥样硬化大鼠模型,观察三七花总皂苷对动脉粥样硬化大鼠血脂、血液流变学指标的影响。结果:三七花总皂苷可显著降低动脉粥样硬化大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL),升高高密度脂蛋白(HDL)(P<0.05);显著降低动脉粥样硬化大鼠全血黏度(高、中、低切),血浆黏度,红细胞压积(P<0.05)。结论:三七花总皂苷可改善动脉粥样硬化大鼠血脂水平和血液流变学,对动脉粥样硬化具有一定的防治作用。Objective： To observe the effect of total saponins of flos Notoginseng on blood lipid and hemorheology in atherosclerosis rats.Method： The AS model of rat was made by freeing high grease food,and the level of serum lipid and blood rheology were teste.Result： Total Saponins of Flos Notoginseng could obviously lower TG,TC,LDL and blood viscosity,and increased HDL.It could improve the degree of hepaticsteatosis and hepatocellular necrosis of rat.Conclusion： Total Saponins of Flos Notoginseng can adjust fatty substance metabolism and lower blood lipid and improve hemorrheology of atherosclerosis rats,and has therapentic effect for atherosclerosis.
