摘　　要：对乙肝基因水平的研究进展和治疗动态进行综述,分别对乙肝病毒不同基因型与地域、血清学、临床类型、基因变异、抗病毒药效的关系进行深入探讨。并对抗病毒药物、基因疫苗、免疫调节及中药各种治疗对策成果进行总结,并对其各自所存在的问题进行剖析,肯定了中医药治疗肝病的良好前景。The researches on the genetic level of HBV and related treatment are reviewed.The relationships between genetype and region,serologic factors,clinical type,genovariation and drug actions are included.The problems of a variety of treatment methods such as ant-virus drugs,gene vaccine,immunomodulation and traditional Chinese medicine are analyzed.We confirm a good prospect for the Chinese medicine treatment for hepatitis B.
