摘 要:设计2榀单跨门式刚架并进行静力加载试验,施加的荷载为1.20恒载+1.40活载和1.20恒载+1.40活载+1.40×0.60风载两种组合。分析刚架处于两种荷载组合条件下典型位置的内力和位移,试验结果表明,刚架满足设计要求。运用ANSYS的Shell 181单元进行有限元模拟,模拟结果与试验结果吻合较好。在验证有限元模型的可靠性之后,对模型施加荷载+活载组合并逐渐增大直至破坏,分析刚架最终的破坏模式及机理。Two single-span portal frames were designed to make statical test.The loads were two kinds of combinations:1.20 × permanent load + 1.40 × variable load,1.20 × permanent load + 1.40 × variable load + 1.40 × 0.60 × wind load.The internal force and displacement in key points were analyzed.The results indicated that the portal frames could meet the design requirements.FEM software ANSYS was adopted to established a non-linear analysis model,in which the Shell 181 element was chosen.The FEM analytical results agreed well with those of the experiment.After the validity of finite element analysis was proved,the load combination of permanent load and variable load was applied and increased step by step till the failure of frame.Then the failure mode and mechanism were analyzed.
