矿山废水污染对居民疾病死亡谱和肾功能的影响

摘　　要：对黄铁矿废水污染区和对照区居民进行全死因和肾功能调查。结果表明，污染区居民总死亡率为０．８１４％，高于上游对照和该县对照；特别表现在０岁～和５０岁～以上的人群中；在疾病别上，以肾脏病和脑血管疾病的差别最为明显。污染区１、２居民肾功能比对照组低，居民体内镉负荷比对照组高。调查显示黄铁矿废水污染已对居民健康造成损害。The mortalities and renal function were investigated in the area polluted by pyrite ore wastewater.The results showed that the death rate in pollutedarea 0 814%,which was significantly higher than those in control groups(P<0 05).The age specified mortalities of polluted group were higher than controls' in 0～and 50～years old.These differences were only found in the following diseases:renal diseases and cerebrovascular diseases.NAG,RBP and cadium in urine of polluted group were higher than control group.Therefore it was illustrated that the wastewater discharged from the pyrite mine exerted adverse effect on inhabitants'health.Some control steps should be taken to protect the residents' health.
